Vision | Employee pays 100% of the monthly premium (optional) |
Gym Membership: YWCA | Family membership for two adults and as many youth under the age of 18; valued at $75 per month and includes the join fee at $60. Additional benefits include 20% off any ancillary fees at the facility (personal training, swim lessons, etc.). |
Retirement: YWCA Retirement Fund | YWCA contributes a percentage of employee’s salary starting after 2 years |
Employee Assistance Plan | Available to employees, spouses and their dependent children |
