Join a YWCA Cardio Challenge Team to keep moving and living a healthy lifestyle during this November!
The team with the most cardio minutes for the month will win either a free personal training session or a free month of membership (Individual members/ family membership will receive $55 off). Teams will consist of 8 members.
National guidelines are 150 minutes weekly of vigorous to moderate intensity, minimum for a healthy lifestyle. Are you moving enough? If you would like accountability or to just have some cardio fun times, please sign up!
Cardio minutes may be logged for the following:
- Group fitness class (land or aquatics)
- Jump Rope
Yard work where your heart rate is elevated also counts (no riding lawnmowers though!!)
