TAI CHI 65 is a class involving a series of movements performed in a slow, continuous, and focused manner accompanied by deep breathing. Tai Chi is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle, physical exercise and gentle stretching that requires no equipment or special clothing; however, sandals or flip-flops are discouraged.
Beginning October 26, a weekly class will be held at the East Community Center every Wednesday, at 9:00 a.m. Free to members. Guest passes available for purchase.
