You do not have to already be in shape to benefit from working with a personal trainer. YWCA Tulsa has many options for you, whether you want an accountability partner, need to lose weight, want to train for a fitness event, or even work through a plateau in your fitness journey. Step One: complete this Intake Form and email it to kryan@ywcatulsa.org.
YWCA Tulsa trainers are professional, ACE-Certified Personal Trainers, and work with you to achieve the results you want. Our trainers specialize in:
- Post-surgery strength recovery
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Proper form and technique
- Jump-starting your fitness program

Personal Training Rates

Designed to give you a starting point in which to gage your progress and to jump start you into a life of continued physical activity. Certified trainers who develop client programming specific to the needs of each individual. If you are looking to begin a personalized training program to develop the foundations of fitness with a focus on progression, the Level 1 trainer is right for you. Our trainers will motivate, support, and monitor your program to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Certified trainers with experience and practiced skill designing and implementing one-on-one programs to meet your specific fitness goals. Level 2 trainers are seasoned professionals with 3+ years of experience. If you have health limitations or are looking for someone to help you recover from an injury, prepare for an event or race, or to push you to your next level of fitness, Level 2 trainers are here to help you meet your fitness goals.

One (1) 60-minute session $55 for members; $65 for non-members
4 Pack $210 for members; $250 for non-members
8 Pack $420 for members; $500 for non-members
12 Pack $620 for members; $740 for non-members

Certified trainers with advanced skill, multiple certifications and 5+years of experience. Level 3 trainers are capable of training clients at any level. If you have a medical condition or physical limitation, are preparing for an event or race, or looking for a trainer with superior skill and knowledge, then a Level 3 trainer is the right choice for you.

Small Group Training
Everything is more fun with friends! Small Group Training can be a fun, effective, and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Small Group training is a type of personal training for 2 – 3 people
YWCA training classes are led by ACE-Certified Personal Trainers and specialty instructors; focusing on your strengths and areas of concern, they help you establish and achieve your goals.
- Fee-based sessions – purchase a program pass to attend
- Single, 6-class and 12-class program passes are available for purchase
- Open to members and nonmembers of all fitness levels
- Discounted rates for members
