Family Literacy

YWCA Tulsa is a recognized Family Literacy site. Family Literacy activities include:

• Interactive literacy activities for families with their children.
• Training for parents and caregivers on how to be their child’s primary teacher and give parents the resources needed to support their child’s education.
• Classes for young children with age-appropriate instruction to prepare children for success in school and life experiences.
• Adult education classes that prepare students for post-secondary education, training, career advancement, and economic self-sufficiency.
