Benefits Package: 2016 Fulltime Employees

All full-time YWCA Tulsa employees are eligible for a generous benefits package. These benefits are subject to change at any time; please speak to Human Resources for the most accurate information on our benefits policies.

Health Insurance YWCA pays 75% of monthly premium for employee; three plan options
Insure Oklahoma Health insurance subsidy program available for qualified employees
Dental YWCA pays 100% of monthly premium for employee
Life and ADD YWCA pays 100% of monthly premium for employee
Vision Employee pays 100% of the monthly premium (optional)
Gym Membership: YWCA

Family membership for two adults and as many youth under the age of 18; valued at $75 per month and includes the join fee at $60. Additional benefits include 20% off any ancillary fees at the facility (personal training, swim lessons, etc.).

Retirement: YWCA Retirement Fund YWCA contributes a percentage of employee's salary starting after 2 years
Employee Assistance Plan Available to employees, spouses and their dependent children
Adoption Assistance Up to $1,000 of fee reimbursement; eligibility begins after 12 months
Domestic Partner Benefits All benefits extend to domestic partners
Family Medical Leave Act Eligibility begins after 12 months and has to be approved
