First Steps to Starting a Case
Everyone who wants legal help must first schedule a meeting with our legal team. Every case is different, so we cannot give legal advice or agree to take a case before meeting with you first.
Appointments are available Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM and Friday, 8:30 AM - 1 PM. Call 918.663.0337 or email us.
The meeting helps us see if you qualify and explains what immigration help may be available to you. Meeting with us does not guarantee that YWCA Tulsa will represent you.
Our staff will look for important problems that could affect your application and if possible, we help you understand how to fix them.
If we take your case, we will fill out your application correctly and as quickly as possible.
Once your application has been filed, we provide updates on your case.
If your case needs an interview, one of our legal team members will help you get ready for it.
Know Your Rights
Everyone living in the United States, including people without legal status, has certain rights under the U.S. Constitution. The American Immigration Lawyers Association has made guides to help people know their rights if they meet Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
