First Steps to Starting a Case

  1. Anyone who needs help from our legal team should call first to schedule a meeting. Every case is different, so we need to learn about your situation before giving advice or taking your case. During the meeting, we will listen to your story and give clear, honest information about the options that may be available to you.

Appointments are available Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM and Friday, 8:30 AM - 1 PM. Call 918.663.0337 or email us.

  2. The meeting helps us see if you qualify and explains what immigration help may be available to you. Meeting with us does not guarantee that YWCA Tulsa will represent you.

  3. Our staff will look for important problems that could affect your application and if possible, we help you understand how to fix them.

Know Your Rights

Everyone living in the United States, including people without legal status, has certain rights under the U.S. Constitution. The American Immigration Lawyers Association has made guides to help people know their rights if they meet Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
