Pinnacle Awards Individual Nomination Form

Nominations are officially open for the 2027 Pinnacle Awards! This form is for individual nominations recognizing exceptional women leaders who are making a meaningful impact in Tulsa and our community.

For more than a decade, the Pinnacle Awards have celebrated women whose leadership, achievements and dedication are helping shape a stronger Tulsa. Now, we invite you to help us continue that tradition by nominating an inspiring woman whose work deserves to be recognized.

A Few Things to Know Before You Nominate

To help make the nomination process as smooth as possible, please keep the following in mind:

• Once you submit your nomination, you will not be able to return to or access the form.

• We recommend drafting first. Write and save your responses in a Word document, then copy and paste them into the form when you're ready to submit.

• Keep narrative responses to approximately 500 words. Focus on the nominee’s accomplishments, leadership and impact.

• Please do not include links to articles, websites or other outside sources. The selection committee will only review the information provided directly within your nomination.
